See the best of what Accra has offer in just one day with this private tour. You’ll learn about contemporary Ghanaian history at Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, Independence Square, and the James Town Lighthouse, go shopping at Makola Market and the Center for National Culture, and learn about the Pan-Africanism movement at the W.E.B. Du Bois Centre.

DAY 2: Full-Day Accra Safari and Boat Cruise Private Tour

Visitors to Accra may find it difficult to get out of the city and discover Ghana’s famed natural beauty, especially if they won’t be staying long enough in Ghana. This full-day tour provides an opportunity to do just that, with a walking safari and rock climbing experience. Enjoy a peaceful and unique boat cruise on the Lake Volta, Africa’s largest man made lake, and have a delicious lunch aboard cruise or on a lakeside view. The Adomi Bridge is a latticed steel arch suspension bridge crossing the Volta River at Atimpoku in Ghana in West Africa. It is the first permanent bridge to span the Volta River, which drains south into the Gulf of Guinea, and is Ghana’s longest suspension bridge.

DAY 3: The Homecoming Experience To Cape-Coast And Elmina.

Learn about the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade and the history of colonialism from a Ghanaian perspective. Get insight into barbaric practices that persisted for three centuries. Begin with some natural history context by exploring Kakum National Park. Then explore Elmina and Cape Coast Castle. These are some of the first colonial buildings in Sub Sahara Africa and served as departure points for captive slaves from West Africa to the Americas.

DAY 4: A Tour to Boti Falls

Get closer to nature with this outdoor tour. Focused on the Boti Waterfall, this tour immerses you in the beautiful flora and fauna that Ghana is increasingly known for. Hidden in the forest, the water that flows from the River Pawnpawn, is made up of an upper and lower stream. Climb the Umbrella rock see the three headed palm tree. By participating in physical activity you’ll strengthen your connection with the waterfall.

DAY 5: Two Days (1 night) Elephants Safari at Mole Park with Round - trip flights

Travelers will get closer to African wild elephants at Mole game park reserve than anywhere in Africa’s Safaris.

Mole National Park is the biggest game park reserve in Ghana hence, your best bet of seeing Elephants and best nature hiking is by booking for this experience

The success of this package depends on the availability of domestic flights for your booking date. We will liaise with you after you’ve booked this package for further information regarding flights (domestic) before booking is fully confirmed.

Take note: in the unlikely event your return flight from Tamale to Accra is cancelled by airline providers,you will bear your overnight stay cost stay in Tamale.

A staff member will meet you with your name on a sign for pick up and drop off at the Tamale airport!
